With over 25 years’ experience providing HR support to businesses, Sheila Watson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise and understands the issues faced by different organisations. This experience has been gained working as an independent HR consultant and trainer as well as delivering HR support to local businesses on behalf of a local authority. Prior to this, Sheila worked in several large organisations in retail, engineering and health sectors.
Sheila is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and holds an MA in Law and Employment Relations. She is also a Member of the Society for Education and Training and holds qualified teaching status.
Many organisations have relied on Sheila over the years to provide sound and practical advice which has enabled them to navigate their way through potentially tricky situations.
In addition to helping numerous organisations through the myriad of employment laws, Sheila has delivered many training courses, both open and in-house, on a wide range of HR related topics.
